Pennsylvania residents please add 6% sales tax
Ceramics-Shipping through USPS Priority Mail includes insurance or USPS First Class Mail for items weighing under a pound. Some of the larger items can be shipped USPS Parcel Select due to their size and weight.
Jewelry- Shipping through USPS First Class Mail.
All orders will have a tracking number provided.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns accepted within 15 days upon delivery confirmation
Item must be returned in same condition as shipped.
Shipping cost is non refundable on returned items
Buyer pays return shipping cost.
Damaged Items- Items damaged in shipping should be reported to me as soon as possible. Do not ship damaged items back to me as this voids the insurance. Most of the time I just need pictures of the damaged item and it's packaging, but I may need you to take the item and the packaging to your local post office to be inspected. You agree to this when placing an order.
To process a speedy refund please assist me by keeping all items including all packaging material for the insurance claim.
Please contact me as soon as possible if you have a problem with your order so we can correct this promptly.
No refunds will be given for incorrect shipping addresses. Please verify your address is correct when placing your order.
